​​My journey into coaching is deeply personal and profoundly transformative. As the mother of an incredible little girl, I found my calling to support women from all walks of life. Despite feeling well-prepared for motherhood, I unexpectedly faced postpartum anxiety – a pivotal experience that reshaped my personal and professional path.

This challenge revealed a critical gap in our conversations about women's experiences, particularly in motherhood. The lack of dialogue surrounding the significant physiological, neuropsychological, and mental shifts women undergo is striking. These changes, while natural, can be overwhelming and often go unaddressed or understood. I've dedicated myself to understanding these complex transitions and developing strategies to navigate them successfully.

Today, I combine personal insights with professional expertise to guide all women – mothers and non-mothers alike – through their unique journeys. All Her aims to empower you with knowledge, tools, and support for identity exploration, building resiliency, addressing mental health, and personal development. My approach is an integrative strategy that blends scientific insights with wellness practices and healing.
